The Uttar Pradesh government has announced to build 100-bed government hospitals in every district of UP. The special thing is that this project will start from NCR city. Hospital Trauma Center will be built on the banks of Yamuna Expressway in Jawar. The good news is that the government has started work in its first term itself. That’s why UP is being started with jewellery. The construction of a trauma center along the Yamuna Expressway will reduce the number of accidental deaths on the expressway. Along with this, people of nearby villages will get free treatment here.

Jawar MLA Dhirendra Singh believes that the initial work on the hospital has started. But now with the announcement of CM Yogi, this work will get more momentum. He says that the construction of trauma center will start near Jawar on the banks of Yamuna Expressway. This will benefit the existing as well as the soon-to-be-settlement colony. According to the rules, Jaypee Company was to build a hospital next to the expressway, but it went inside and built its own hospital in Noida, which does not benefit the victims of the accident on the expressway.

BJP MLA Dhirendra Singh says that residential, commercial and industrial development is happening very fast in and around Jawar. International Jewar Airport and Film City are also being built. Emergency health services will also be required in such cases. At the same time, small and big accidents keep happening on Yamuna Expressway. Many people lose their lives in accidents due to lack of timely treatment. The expressway connects Jawar, Mathura and Agra. But there is no hospital next to it. Keeping this in mind, a demand was made to set up a trauma center.

According to the RTI reply received by Supreme Court advocate KC Jain, till January 2017, about 4505 accidents took place on the Yamuna Expressway, in which about 626 people died. Accidents are increasing here every year. There were 30% more accidents on expressways in 2016 as compared to 2015. In 2016, about 1193 accidents took place on the expressway. In which about 128 people were killed. In 2015, there were 919 accidents in which 143 people died.
