Ingredients for making Samosa Roll
All purpose flour – 3 cups
Boiled potatoes – 5-6
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tbsp
Amchur powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chilies chopped – 2-3
Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
salt to taste

how to make samosa roll
To make samosa rolls, first take out all purpose flour in a bowl. Now add carom seeds, salt and 2-3 spoons of oil and mix. Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough. Then cover the dough with a cloth and keep it aside for an hour. Now boil the potatoes in the cooker. After this, peel them and mash them in a bowl. Now put oil in a pan and keep it to heat on medium heat.
When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and a pinch of asafoetida and fry it. After a while, add a mixture of finely chopped green chilies and potatoes and mix well with the help of laddoos. Then add garam masala and cornflour and mix well. Then add salt as per taste and fry the mixture. Add green coriander. In this way your stuffing is ready for samosa roll.
Now take the mixed flour and apply some oil on it and mix it once again. Now make equal balls out of it. Now take a ball and roll it into a cylindrical shape. After this, cut it and put potato masala in one part and roll it. After this, stick the roll by applying water on the last part. Similarly prepare rolls from all the stuffing and keep it on the side in a big plate.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it on the same flame. Once the oil is hot, put samosa rolls in it and deep fry them. Meanwhile, reduce the flame to medium. When the roll becomes golden and crispy, take it out on a plate with tissue paper. Fry all the samosa rolls in the same way. Your delicious samosa rolls are ready for breakfast.
