Many people have Saturday off, so they want to make something at home to satisfy their craving for some delicious food throughout the week. What does it take to make pav bhaji?

1 cup finely chopped onion
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
cup finely chopped carrots
spoon red chili powder
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
teaspoon coriander powder
2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
teaspoon garam masala
Chaat Masala
cup tomato puree or tomato paste
5-6 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 cup finely chopped or grated bottle gourd
cup capsicum
2 boiled potatoes
Butter, desi ghee or butter
salty

How to make pav bhaji

First make the bhaji. Keep the kadai or tawa on gas to make bhaji. Heat with butter, ghee or desi ghee. Add finely chopped onion to it. When the onion turns golden brown, fry it with ginger-garlic batter and tomato puree. Now add turmeric and red chilli powder to it. Add jaggery, finely chopped carrot and coriander powder and mix.

Add boiled potatoes to it. Now add salt and pav bhaji masala as per taste. Add water to it and let rise. If you want, you can boil carrots and jaggery first in a separate pan. It will make fast bhaji. Stir in the vegetables. Add garam masala and chaat masala to it and switch off the gas once the vegetables are cooked.

Now place the pan on the gas for the pan. Add ghee or butter to a hot pan. After that, cut the pav in the middle and place it on the pan. You can sprinkle chaat masala or pav bhaji masala over it if you want. Bake the bread well. You serve the bhaji with garam pau. Add finely chopped onion-tomato, grated cheese and finely chopped green coriander to garnish the bhaji. You can also add lemon juice to it. You can also serve chutney and pickle with it.
