VIP culture has ended in this state! Common people will also be able to put 001-like number plates on their cars.

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has said that all the vehicles purchased from now on will have a common number and not a VIP number. From now on all ‘VIP’ registration numbers of vehicles will be available to the general public. The distribution of such numbers will be done through e-auction.

A new initiative has been started to eliminate VIP culture in Haryana. The proposal was approved in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. Let us tell you, all these government vehicles will now be e-auctioned. There are a total of 179 such government vehicles in the state whose number is 0001. Any vehicle purchased from now on will have a normal number and not a VIP number.VIP culture will end in Haryana! Proposal to launch new range of vehicles
In fact, according to an official statement, the Chief Minister made this announcement on Tuesday evening during a cabinet meeting during the discussion on amendment of Haryana Motor Vehicle Rules-1993. It is proposed to introduce a new range of HR-GOV for vehicles. First of all, Chief Minister Manohar Lal himself has announced to drop the number plates of four vehicles of his convoy. According to the government, this will end the VIP culture.

Let us tell you, after this announcement, many common people who are fond of buying fancy numbers for their vehicles, they will be able to buy these VIP numbers given to 179 vehicles of the state government. According to the statement, the e-auction of these 179 ‘VIP numbers’ is expected to generate revenue of Rs 18 crore.
