Ingredients for making Amarasi
Ripe mango – 1 kg
Sugar – 1 cup (as per taste)
Cold milk – 2.5 cups
Saffron – 1/4 tsp

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze out the juice. Then take out the mango pulp in a bowl. For this, you can first spread the mango well by placing it between both the palms. The mango can then be peeled and cut with a knife. Now put mango pulp in the mixer and put sugar on top and put the lid of the mixer and grind it completely.
Then add milk and saffron to this paste and take another pc. You can also add saffron if you want. Now separate the mango in a bowl. If the Amaras is thick, you can add more milk to thin it out. Your Amars is ready. Keep the amaranth to cool down for some time. Amaras can also be served with ice cubes when served.
