UIDAI is there to protect your Aadhaar data, hackers will be shocked to know the reason!

We all are identified with the help of our Aadhar card. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) manages all the data on the Aadhar card. Recently UIDAI made a shocking announcement saying that they need 20 of the best hackers in the country to protect everyone’s Aadhaar data. Let us know what is this program and how our data will be safe with it.

Let us tell you that recently UIDAI has officially announced that it is looking for 20 such hackers who can probe the security system of Aadhaar data and tell if there is any flaw or error. Whether these hackers will be paid or not is currently not known.

Now we will tell you how these 20 hackers will work and attack UIDAI’s Aadhaar data and security system. According to UIDAI, these hackers will be given an opportunity to read the Central Identity Data Repository (CIDR) of UIDAI. It stores the Aadhaar data of 1.32 billion citizens of the country. These hackers will check whether there is any bug or problem in the system and will inform about it.

Let us tell you that a process has been prepared to select these 20 hackers and these people have to fulfill certain conditions. UIDAI has said that none of these hackers are working for UIDAI or have not done so before. Also, none of these hackers should be associated with UIDAI’s contracted technical support and audit organizations in the last seven years. Selected candidates must be in the top 100 leader boards of HackerOne, Bugcrowd or Microsoft-Apple-Facebook-Google’s bounty program.

All these hackers have to sign a non-disclosure agreement with UIDAI and follow all their rules. All of them must be Aadhar card holders and of course they must be Indians.
