Ingredients for making Maggi Pakoras
1 cup Maggi (boiled)
1/2 cup besan
1/4 cup cheese
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp capsicum (finely chopped)
2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp celery
2 tbsp Maggi masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
oil for frying
How to make Maggi Pakoras
First of all, take a cup of boiled Maggi and add finely chopped capsicum, onion, garam masala, salt and Maggi masala and mix it well. Now add ginger-garlic paste and gram flour to it and mix everything well. Add little water and put Maggi in the gram flour, so that no lumps remain. Now heat oil in a pan and make small balls out of Maggi mixture and deep fry in hot oil. Flip all these pakoras and fry them well. Now take it out on a tissue paper so that the excess oil gets removed. Garnish well in a serving plate and serve with ketchup.
