The Board of Directors of the Company in a stock exchange filing said that “As per SEBI, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Thursday, August 04, 2022, inter alia, discussed and announced Dividend Interim Dividend of face value of Rs.1/- each (600%) per equity share for the financial year 2022-23. Record date fixed for nomination of equity shareholders for interim dividend is August 19, 2022.
