Paneer, ghee, butter, ginger-garlic-chili paste, onion batter, kasuri fenugreek, tomato, mace, few cashews, garam masala, salt, green cardamom, red chilli, green coriander, asafoetida, cumin, coriander powder.
How to make Paneer Masala Recipe
First cut paneer into squares and fry lightly in ghee. Now grate the tomatoes with 5-6 cashew nuts, mace pieces and green cardamom.
Now take ghee in a pan (you can also take mustard oil.) add butter in it.
Now first add cumin seeds, after stirring, add the cumin seeds. After that stir in the onion batter. Then add ginger garlic paste to it. Fry both. Now add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric and coriander powder. Add a little more butter on top.
When frying starts, add tomato paste. Then add kasuri methi to it. Fry this masala on low heat until ghee or oil leaves.
Then add fried paneer to it. After that add water and let it boil. Turn off the gas when the water boils.
Your paneer masala is ready.
