Mushrooms – 2 cups
Chopped green capsicum – 1/2 cup
Chopped onion – 1/2 cup
Thick curd – 1/4 cup
Besan – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
– Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
– Garam masala powder
– 2 tbsp
Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 2 tsp
– Salty
– Kasuri Methi – as required
How to make Mushroom Tikka Masala Recipe
To prepare mushroom tikka masala, first wash the mushrooms well and cut them in half. Now mix well with curd, gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and chat masala in a big bowl and keep aside. Now heat oil in a pan and add garlic and ginger paste and fry until golden.

When golden brown, add onion and capsicum to the pan. Fry the onion well for a few minutes.
Now place the mushrooms in the pan and fry until the mushroom water dries up.
When the water boils well, mix it with chickpea flour and curd paste. Cook till the smell of raw gram leaves and the gravy thickens.
Finally, add kasuri methi and lemon juice and mix. Turn off the gas.
Your mushroom tikka masala is ready. Can serve hot with paratha or roti.
