Eight Pakistani soldiers were killed in two terrorist attacks on April 14 in North Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.
The terrorists attacked the soldiers by suddenly attacking
According to Pakistani military media, the first attack took place in the North Waziristan city of Datakhel when terrorists attacked a moving military vehicle. The attackers used assault rifles and rocket-propelled grenades in the attack. The bodies of the slain soldiers were flown by military helicopter to Miramshah, the administrative headquarters of North Waziristan.
Another attack took place between armed forces and insurgents in Isham area of North Waziristan district, where Mianwali constable Asmatullah Khan was killed in a shootout, the Pakistan Army said. All of them have been killed in terrorist attacks. Pakistan Army says 128 terrorists have been killed and 270 arrested so far
