Shreyas Talpade to Play Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Kangana Ranaut Emergency, First Look Revealed

Actor Shreyas Talpade will play the role of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Emergency’. In the film, Kangana plays the role of Indira Gandhi, while Anupam Kher plays the role of Jayaprakash Narayanan.

Shreyas shared a poster revealing his look from the film. Sharing the poster on his social media account, he wrote, “Honored and delighted to play the role of beloved, visionary, true patriot and common man…Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayeeji. I hope I can live up to the expectations.”

Captioning the post, he quoted Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s poem ‘Badhe Ati Hai Ane’. He also expressed his happiness to join the film and thanked Kangana Ranaut for giving her the role.
