Reacting to Reports That Trump Will Be Indicted Next Week, Elon Musk Says

Donald J. Trump issued a statement Saturday morning in response to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s announcement that he would be indicted next week (D). According to sources  NBC News that law enforcement agencies had done “preliminary security assessments” for the Manhattan Criminal Court, according to the DC Enquirer.

“Our country is presently in the third world and dying. The American dream is no longer alive! The radical left anarchists have hijacked our presidential election and, with it, our country’s heart. American patriots are being imprisoned and treated as animals, while criminals and communist thugs are free to wander the streets, killing and burning with no repercussions. Millions of people are pouring across our open borders, many of them from prisons and mental facilities. Inflation and crime are undermining our way of life. Now, illegal leaks from a corrupt and highly political Manhattan district attorney’s office, which has allowed new records in violence crime and whose leader is funded by George Soros, indicate that, despite no crime being proven and based on an old and thoroughly debunked (by numerous other prosecutors!) fairytale, the far and away leading Republican candidate and former President of the United States of America will be arrested on Tuesday of next week. Protest, take back our country!”

Elon Musk, the billionaire and CEO of Twitter, reacted to the news by taking to his social media platform to discuss the prospective indictment of the 45th president. “If this occurs, Trump will be re-elected with a landslide,” Musk wrote on Saturday morning.

Because Twitter is one of the most popular sites on the internet, its owner will be crucial in ensuring that news of President Trump’s indictment becomes public.

Furthermore, now that President Trump has made his first posts on Facebook and YouTube on Friday, the president is expected to turn to Twitter to reach out to his followers. Trump, however, has continued to use his own successful social media network Truth Social as of this article.
