Ingredients for making Paneer Cheela
Besan – 2 cups
Grated cheese – one and a half cup
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
chopped green chilies – 4
Chaat masala – 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander – 3 tbsp
Oil
salt to taste
How to make Paneer Cheela
To make paneer cheela tasty, first of all take gram flour and put it in a mixing bowl. Then add finely chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, carom seeds and chaat masala and mix well. Then prepare gram flour by adding a little water to it. Make sure that the batter is not too thin or too thick. Now take paneer and grate it and keep it aside in a bowl.
Place a nonstick fry pan/frying pan on the gas on medium flame. When the bottom is hot, apply some oil on the bottom and spread it all around. After this, with the help of a bowl, take the batter of gram flour and keep it in the middle of the pan and spread it round. After this spread the grated paneer all around and sprinkle chaat masala on top and press lightly with the help of laddoos.
In this way the paneer and spices will stick well in the chili. After frying for some time, turn the chilla and apply oil on the other side as well. Fry the cheela till it turns golden brown. Then take it out in a plate. Similarly prepare paneer cheela with all the batter one by one. Your delicious Paneer Cheela is ready. Serve hot with green chutney.
