How to make Coconut Paratha
To make Coconut Paratha, first of all take the coconut powder. Now in a large bowl mix almonds, semolina and sugar powder. Slowly add ghee and mix with the help of hands. You have to prepare the dough by mixing Mando and Ghee well and add a spoonful of baking powder to it. Put a pinch of salt in the flour. Keep in mind that you do not need to add water, instead add milk and start kneading the dough. Now add sugar and cardamom powder to the shredded coconut and mix well. You can also add cashew or almond paste to make coconut tastier. You can also add fennel powder to it.
Now the dough is ready. Make two rotis out of it, one big and one small. By doing this, your filling will not come out and the parathas will be filled evenly. Put about two spoons of coconut filling on the roti and place a small ball on it. Now mix both together and close it with the help of a spoon. By doing this your paratha will not break and will be delicious. Now heat the frying pan and start frying. When you fry coconut paratha, apply ghee on it, because ghee will enhance the taste of coconut. After baking the paratha from both the sides, your breakfast is ready. You can eat it with tea, milk or curd.
