Hyundai is also testing the N-Line variant of the Venue compact SUV in India. The new Hyundai Venue N-Line gets red accents on the front bumper, wheel arches, roof rails and rear. The N-Line badge will be embossed on the front fenders and front grille. It will come with different styling alloy wheels. It is expected to be powered by a 118bhp, 1.0L turbocharged petrol engine mated to a 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT.

Hyundai Ionic 5

Hyundai will launch the Ioniq 5 electric crossover before the end of this year. It is based on the e-GMP platform that supports multiple body styles. The new Hyundai Ioniq 5 will cost around Rs. 55-60 lakhs and will be brought through CBU route. The crossover is offered with two powertrain options which will be a single motor setup and a dual-motor AWD configuration.

Hyundai is planning to launch a new third MPV in the country in 2023. The new model is already available for sale in Indonesia. It is based on the Cairn platform and measures approximately 4.5 meters in length. The new MPV will rival the Suzuki Ertiga, XL6 and Kia Carens. It will be offered with 1.5L NA petrol and 1.5L turbo-diesel engine options.

Hyundai has also started testing the next generation Verna sedan, which is expected to be launched in the Indian market in 2023. The new model will come with the latest design highlights. The sedan will get ADAS, feature loaded interiors and a large panoramic sunroof. The sedan is also expected to get a mild hybrid system.
