  • Ingredients for making Malai Paneer Korma

Cut 250 grams of cheese into cubes
2 1/2 teaspoons of ghee
6 cloves of garlic
1 inch of ginger
4 black peppercorns
Salt as needed
Milk 1 cup
Crush mint leaves as required
Water as needed
4 small chopped onions
1/2 cup cashew paste
3 green chillies chopped
1 black cardamom
1 cup curd (yogurt)
3 green cardamoms
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1 mint leaf

How to make Malai Paneer Korma Recipe

Heat oil in a pan and when oil is hot add onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger, black cardamom, green cardamom and black pepper. Cook on medium heat till onions are cooked. Allow the onions to cool slightly.

Next, take a grinder, add curd and onion mixture to it and mix well to make a smooth paste. Heat ghee in a pan and then add onion-curd paste. After that add cashew paste and mix well. Add a pinch of salt, mix and cover the lid. Let it cook for 8-10 minutes.

When done add little water and then milk. Mix everything well. Finally add nutmeg powder and grated paneer pieces. Shake well. You can add cardamom powder if you want. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Your Malai Paneer Korma is ready to serve. Garnish with some mint powder and mint leaves. You can also add boiled peas if you want.
