Make Rajasthani style papad curry in 10 minutes


Today we will make papad ki sabzi, easy way to make papad ki sabzi, Rajasthani style papad ki sabzi !!

Papad is one of the famous vegetables of Rajasthan. Papad ki sabzi is very easy to make and it can be made in very less time. Its taste is mildly sour, because we have used curd tomato in it. If you make it, then make it only when you feel like eating it, otherwise the papad will swell with time and its taste will change. So let’s know what things are needed to make papad curry and how it is made.
To make Papad Curry you need 2.

Subject: –
Adad Dal Papad: 1
Oil: 3 tbsp
Cumin: 1 tbsp
bay leaf: 1
Mustard: 1 tbsp
Asafoetida: 1 tsp
Onion puree: 1/2 cup
Tomato Puree: 1/2 cup (2 tomatoes)
Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 tbsp
Red chili powder: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 cup (as per taste)
Yogurt: 2 tbsp
Garam Masala: 1 tbsp
Method to make Papad Curry :-
First of all take a pan and put oil in it.

2. Then add cumin, mustard seeds, asafoetida and bay leaves and fry till golden.

3. Then add onions and fry.

4. After frying the onion, add tomato puree.

5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry for 5 minutes.

6. Our masala takes some time to bake, so I fry the papad till then.

7. I am frying papad here on the gas, if you want, you can fry it by applying a little oil on the pan.

8. Here our masala is also ready to be roasted.

9. Now add some water and mix.

11. Then add garam masala, curd and salt as per taste and cook for 2-3 minutes.

12. Then add broken papad and finely chopped green coriander and mix it and turn off the gas.

And our papad sabzi is ready, we will take it out in a bowl and papad ki sabzi is ready.
