Ingredients for Macaroni Pasta Soup Recipe
1 cup pasta macaroni
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup peas
1/4 cup chopped green beans
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 cups of water
1 tablespoon of butter
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup tomato puree

how to make Macaroni Pasta soup recipe
Put 3 cups of water in a pan, add the pasta and let it boil. Simmer until the pasta is cooked. After cooking, drain it, run it under cold water and keep it aside.
Now heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan, add garlic and fry for a minute.
Now add onions and cook for another 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes. Put all the chopped vegetables – carrots, beans, peas – in a pot with 3 cups of water. Let the water boil once. Then cook for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Now add the pasta to the pan and cook for the last two minutes. Mix well with salt and black pepper powder in the pan and switch off the gas.
You can garnish the soup with fresh cream, cilantro or any other spices of your choice.
