For this recipe you will need coconut, all purpose flour, butter, sugar and vanilla essence. You can make a large batch of biscuits at a time and store in an airtight jar for 2-3 weeks.

If you want to bake cookies like a bakery at home, follow this recipe to make crunchy coconut biscuits.
Coconut cookies Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup flour
Milk as required
How to make Coconut Cookies
Melt the butter in a bowl. Now add powdered sugar and mix well using a whisk. Beat for 3-4 minutes to make a smooth and creamy mixture.
Now squeeze the flour in a bowl. Add desiccated coconut, baking powder, vanilla essence and mix with your hands. Mix well and add 2-4 tbsp of milk or as per your requirement. Beat well to make a soft dough.
Now take small balls from the dough and flatten them a little and lightly coat them with coconut powder. Place the coconut biscuits on a baking tray lined with butter paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Coconut cookies or biscuits are now ready to serve. Store the rest in an airtight jar.
