Ingredients for corn flakes
Boiled corn – 1 cup
Flour – 1 cup
Onion- 1
Besan – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Chopped green coriander – 2-3 tsp
Oil – as required
Salt – as per taste
How to make corn paratha recipe
To make corn parathas, first boil the corn and peel it in a bowl. After that put it in a mixer and grind it coarsely. Now finely chop the onion. Place the flour on a plate, add some salt and add little water to make paratha dough. Now heat some oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, fry it with cumin and besan.
After frying for a few minutes, add onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste and cook for 4-5 minutes. When the onion turns soft and light brown, mix it well with coarse corn, red chili powder, green coriander and turmeric, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then turn off the gas. Staffing ready for porta.
Now take a nonstick tawa/kadi and heat it on medium flame. Apply some oil on it and spread it all over the body. Meanwhile make dough balls and take a ball and roll it. After that, place the prepared stuffing in its center and close it from all sides and roll it into round or triangle shape. Next, place the parathas on the pan and fry until golden on both sides. Then take it out on a plate. Make all the parathas in the same way.
Delicious and healthy corn parathas are ready for breakfast.
Serve with green chutney or yogurt.
