Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Poha- 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Rye – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Finely chopped green coriander – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
How to make Aloo Uttapam Recipe
first boil the potatoes. Next, peel the potatoes in a large bowl.
Now mix it with water soaked paua. Make sure to squeeze out the poha water completely before adding it.
