Mirchi Vada of Rajasthan is one of the most famous street snacks of Rajasthan. Those who love spicy food will definitely like this tip. Plus, you’ll get rid of the clutter you don’t need. To make Rajasthani Mirchi Vada, potato masala is prepared and deep fried with green chillies. Although big chilies are less spicy to eat, but you can make them spicy by adding spices to your taste. You can serve Rajasthani Chili Head with mint sauce or tangy tomato sauce.
12-15 (large) green chilies
1 cup besan
1 tsp salt
oil (deep fry)
250 grams potatoes (boiled)
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp amchur powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida
2 tsp fennel
1 tsp Green chilies (cut into pieces):
First of all add red chili powder, salt, mango powder, coriander powder, asafoetida and green chili and mix well.
Then wash and cut green chilies in half and fill the potato mixture in it.
Now add salt to the gram flour and mix it with water.
-heat the oil
Put green chili in the gram flour mixture and put it in hot oil.
Fry the chilies till it turns light brown.
When golden brown, take it out from the oil and keep it on a tissue paper before serving.
You can serve it with mint green sauce or tomato sauce.
