Ingredients for Sabudana Dosa
– 1/4 cup urad dal
– Half a cup of soap
– 1/4 cup poha
– 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
– 3 cups of rice
– Salt as per taste
– 2 spoons of ghee
How to make sabudana dosa
To prepare sabudana dosa first take prescribed quantity of urad dal, sabudana, poha and fenugreek seeds and soak them for some time. Be careful not to soak the poha for too long.
Now take rice in a bowl and soak it for 20 to 25 minutes. Soak the rest of the ingredients except rice in water and grind them with the help of a blender. After that, grind the rice separately to make batter and add salt to it and keep it firm.
After fermenting the rice mixture, add the curd pudding. Next, heat a non-stick pan on low heat.
Now pour the batter in a low flame pan and spread it anti-clockwise. If you want, you can use a bowl or ladle to pour the batter.
You will see your crispy dosa ready in no time. Serve this delicious dosa with coconut chutney.
