Long line of farmers at petrol pumps due to shortage of petrol and diesel, know what is the whole matter
There are reports of shortage of petrol and diesel across the country. Due to the expansion of petrol pumps, huge crowds of people are being seen in many places.
Earlier, farmers were brought to some petrol pumps in Sabarkantha for this reason. In Gadda village of Himmatnagar, farmers reached the petrol pump with a tractor to get diesel.
Locals were angry saying that there was no diesel at Naira petrol pump in Surat and people were seen running towards other petrol pumps to get diesel and petrol. Some employees of the petrol pump say that the ratio of petrol-diesel is being reduced from above.
The main reason for this is the war between Russia and Ukraine which is now seeing a rise in the price of crude oil but the government is now giving relief to the people by reducing taxes. Also there is a shortage of diesel at Surat Naira Petrol Pump.
This is the situation not only at Naira petrol pump but also at Indian Oil and many other petrol pumps. Surat has 100 petrol pumps while South Gujarat has more than 200 petrol pumps.
After the reduction in the prices of petrol and diesel, now rumors are spreading that there may be a shortage of petrol and diesel across the world, leading to severe shortage, so that everyone does not pay heed to the false rumours.
