How to make Navratan Risotto at home in 20 minutes?
How to make Navratna Pilaf at home?
You must have heard about Navratan bridges for a long time. And you must have heard that it cannot be made without nuts. And it is also very difficult to make. So it’s not like that at all. You can easily make Navratna Risotto at home. And if you have already cooked rice then it takes 15-20 minutes to make it. And you don’t even need Navratan (ingredients) to make Navratan Pilaf. You can also make eight rattans. And the test is good too.

Here we make Navratan Pilaf, but if you want, you can make Navratan Korma or anything by adding Navratan. But today we are going to make Navratna Pilaf here, so let’s see what things are needed to make Navratna Pilaf.

Biryani Rice – 2 cups (cooked)
Ghee – 5 tbsp
Potato – 1 (small cube pieces)
Carrot – 1 (small cube pieces)
Beans – 1/2 cup (small pieces)
Paneer cubes – 50 grams
Cauliflower – 1/2 cup
Peas – 1/2 cup
Cashew – 6-8 nos.
Raisins (Golden Raisins) – 8-10
Dates (chopped dates) – 2-3 (finely)
Cinnamon – 1 inch
bay leaf – 2
Cloves – 3-4
Black pepper – 3-4
Small cardamom – 2-3
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Saffron – 8-10
Milk – 25 grams
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Ingredients for making Navratan Pilaf:-
First of all, put a frying pan on the gas and add 2 tablespoons of ghee to it and fry the potatoes and carrots in it.

2. After a while, add beans and fry them well.

3. Then take out the vegetables and fry the paneer. (We fry the paneer separately as it will break down into a vegetable)

4. After this fry the cabbage as well.

5. Then add mater to it and fry it.

6. Then add dry fruits (cashews, raisins, dates) and cinnamon, bay leaves, long, black pepper, small cardamom and ginger garlic paste and fry for some time.

7. Then put cooked rice in it and fry it for some time on medium flame.

8. Then put some ghee in the pan on the other side and add cumin seeds.

9. Then add saffron milk and a little water and mix.

10. Then put that milk in the cucumber.

11. Then add all the roasted vegetables and salt and mix well.

12. Then put some ghee in it and cover it and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.

13. And our biryani is ready, now take it out in a bowl and add lemon juice to it.

14. Then serve it with onions, green chillies and lemon zest.

You can eat it in lunch or dinner also. So make it at home and make it a toy and keep these things in mind while making Navratan Pulao.
