India has condemned and expressed concern over the brutal killing of civilians in Ukraine’s Bucha city and supported a fair investigation. India has for the first time reacted against Russia in the United Nations Security Council. India’s Ambassador to the Council TS Thirumurthy said: “The recent reports of civilian casualties in Bucha are very worrying. We strongly condemn these killings and demand an independent investigation.” He also reiterated his call for an immediate end to the violence and an end to hostilities.

Tirumurti said that India is deeply concerned about the deteriorating situation in Ukraine. He said the impact of the Ukraine crisis is now being felt around the world. As a result, food and energy items are becoming more expensive. It has the biggest impact on developing countries. “When the lives of innocent people are in danger, diplomacy should be used as the only viable option,” Tirumurti said.

At the same time, the United States and its allies have intensified the siege of Russia over the Buka massacre. Britain has also appealed to Russian citizens, saying that they should learn the truth from their government. British Prime Minister Boris Jones has accused Putin of hiding the truth from his citizens. On the other hand, addressing the Council, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that it is impossible to forget the horrific images of civilian casualties in Bucha. He called for an immediate and fair investigation to ensure effective accountability. US President Biden has also strongly condemned Russia’s move and called for strict action.

Amidst all this, a video of the Buka murder case has also surfaced. The video is being told of March 3. In this video taken from the drone, a man is seen riding a bicycle. After walking some distance the man turns to where the armed vehicles of the Russian army were present. As the man turns, the army attacks him. The cyclist is nowhere to be seen after the attack.
