Soya Manchurian Recipe
Ingredients for Soya Manchurian Recipe in Hindi
Soyabean – 1 cup (Soya chunks – 1 cup)
Cornflower – 2 tbsp (cornflour)
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp (red chili powder)
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp (black pepper powder)
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 1 (Capsicum)
Chili Sauce – 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce – 1 1/2 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Green onions – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chili – 2
Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Oil – Minority (Oil – as required)
How to make Soya Manchurian
Soak soybeans in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Then take out the soybeans from the water and take them out in a bowl. Now add cornflour, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and green chillies. Cut capsicum into small pieces.
★ Now put 1 tsp oil in a pan, put soybean and fry it lightly by hand.
★ Now put oil in the same pan and heat it. Now add finely chopped ginger and garlic and fry. Then add chopped onions and green chilies and cook. Now add capsicum and cook for 1 minute. Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt and mix well. Now add 1/4 cup water and cook till the gravy becomes thick. Now add soybean and cook for 1 minute. Now put finely chopped green onions in it and switch off the gas. Hot Soya Manchurian is ready.
