Ingredients for Roti Pizza Recipe
2 handkerchiefs of bread
Spread 2 tablespoons cheese
1 medium onion chopped
Corn 4 tbsp
Salt as needed
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons pasta sauce
1 medium chopped tomato
1 medium capsicum (green chilli) chopped
1 tablespoon ajwain
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to make Roti Pizza Recipe
Set aside in a bowl with chopped onion, tomatoes, capsicum, corn, salt, pepper, oregano and chili flakes. Take a loaf of bread, add 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce to it.
Then spread 1 tablespoon of paneer on it. Put half the masala on the bread. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
Repeat the same for the second roti. Bake both the rotis in the pizza oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven, cut into slices and serve hot.
