Chana (gram) – 100 grams
Oil – 3 tbsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – 5-6
Onion – 1
Green chili – 3
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
Coconut Powder – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Firstly, put a frying pan on the gas and add oil and cumin seeds to it.
Then add curry leaves and then add onions and green chilies and fry for some time.
Then add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder and a pinch of salt and fry for some time.
Then add chickpeas and fry it.
Now add some water.
Then add coconut powder and garam masala and let it cook covered for 5 minutes.
Then add lemon juice and coconut powder and switch off the gas.
