Vegetable Momos Recipe Ingredients:
Maida – 250 grams (maida)
salt to taste
Oil – by minority
Water – according to minority
Carrot – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Gobi – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Beans – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Cauliflower – 1/2 cup (finely chopped) (Cauliflower)
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp (black pepper powder)
Garlic – 4
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 tbsp (chopped) (Onion)
Spring Onion – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

How to make Vegetable Momos
Put all purpose flour in a bowl, add salt, oil, water, knead lightly and keep aside for a while.
Finely chop the garlic.
Heat oil in a pan. Now add garlic and fry it. Then add onions and cook. Now add finely chopped vegetables and cook it. After the vegetables are cooked, add soy sauce, salt and pepper powder and cook. Then add finely chopped green onions and mix and after 1 minute turn off the gas.
★ Then make small pieces from the flour mixture, keep the vegetable mixture inside it and make small sized poori and close it by folding and folding as per your choice.
★ Now fill water in a vessel and heat it, in which rice sieve comes, put momos in it and keep it in a vessel containing hot water in such a way that water does not go inside the sieve. Steam the momos for 10 minutes. Hot Veg Momos are ready.
