Ingredients for making Cashew Pistachio Rolls
Pistachio nuts 1 cup
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Ghee 2 spoons
2 cups cashews
2 tbsp milk powder
1/4 teaspoon green cardamom

Pistachios Drain the pistachios in a bowl. Make a dough with milk powder, 1/2 cup sugar and water as required. You can add few drops of green food coloring for better color.
Add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water to a pan. Mix well and cook for a few minutes to form a stringy syrup. Now add cashews, cardamom powder and ghee to the pan. Mix well to make a smooth mixture.
Now cook it for a few minutes, till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Take the cashew dough prepared on a butter paper and knead it for a while with oiled hands.
Now place another sheet of butter paper on the dough and roll it using a rolling pin. Cut the cashew sheet in half. Divide the pistachio dough into two equal parts and roll it between your palms to form a cylindrical shape. Place two pistachio rolls on two cashew sheets.
Now roll the cashew sheet and make two separate rolls. Roll them gently between your hands to stretch them out. Cut the roll into 1-2 inch pieces and serve.
