The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh is working on fulfilling its promise. The Yogi government is preparing to fulfill the promises made to the laborers. To fulfill this promise, the Yogi government has increased the amount of subsidy given to the workers for the marriage of daughters. The state labor department has now proposed a grant of Rs. This decision will benefit 1.43 crore working families of the state.

The government provides financial assistance for the marriage of daughters of 1.43 crore workers’ families registered under the state labor department. Till now this amount was 55000 but now the government has proposed to increase it to 1 lakh. The government will soon take a decision on this proposal. Because these ghosts were included in the election manifesto. And now the government is preparing to complete it in 100 days.

Under the Kanya Vivah Sahayata Yojana under the State Labor Department, the government provides financial assistance in the marriage of daughters of families registered as laborers. Till now the government used to give a grant of Rs 55,000 for single marriage. But if the proposal is approved now, then one lakh rupees will be given to the family.

For mass marriages, the government used to give Rs 65,000. But now there is also a plan to increase it to Rs 1.17 lakh. In mass marriages, an additional Rs 10,000 is provided for the wardrobe of the bride and groom and Rs 7,000 for other arrangements.

It is worth noting that Yogi Adityanath’s government has been formed for the second time in Uttar Pradesh. The government is now focusing on fulfilling the promises made by the people during the election campaign. The government is preparing to fulfill the promises made in the manifesto in 100 days as the Lok Sabha elections are also due in 2024.

Under this scheme, the Yogi government has given Rs 36 lakh to 240 beneficiaries in the year 2017-18, more than Rs 24 lakh to 164 beneficiaries in the year 2018-19, Rs 23.1 lakh to 154 beneficiaries in the year 2019-20 and in the year 2020-21. 11.1 lakh to 74 beneficiaries, 137 beneficiaries have been donated in the year 2021-22. In this way, the Yogi government has helped in the marriage of daughters of 769 working families in the last five years.
