The notice for the schedule of NEET UG 2022 has been released. The window for filling the online application form for NEET UG 2022 has opened on the website of NTA. Interested candidates can submit the online application form on May 6 till 11.50 am and on May 7 till 11.50 am. For the first time, examination centers for NEET 2022 will be set up in 14 cities outside India.
The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to medical undergraduate programs will be conducted on July 17, 2022. National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the schedule of NEET 2022. NEET will be conducted in 13 Indian languages. NTA has opened an online application window. Interested candidates can fill the online application form till 6th May. For the first time, examination centers for NEET 2022 will be set up in 14 cities outside India.
NTA Senior Director Dr. Sadhna Parashar released the NEET UG 2022 schedule notice late on Wednesday evening. The window for filling the online application form for NEET UG 2022 has opened on the website of NTA. Interested candidates can submit the online application form on May 6 till 11.50 am and on May 7 till 11.50 am. Fee can be deposited through Debit, Credit, Netbanking, UPI, Paytm.
For online application form, it is Rs. 1600, for General Category-EWS and OBC Non-Creamy Layer students Rs. 1500 and for SC, ST, Differently abled and third gender students Rs. would be 900. At the same time, the fee for examination centers in 14 cities outside India will be Rs 8,500.
Exam will be held in 543 cities of India
For NEET UG 2022, NTA will set up 543 exam centers in different cities of the country. Outside India, there will be three examination centers in UAE, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Thailand, Qatar, Malaysia, Kuwait, Nigeria, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Singapore.
Questions will come from Physics, Chemistry and Biology
NEET UG 2022 exam will consist of 200 multiple choice questions (four options with one correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology). 50 questions from each subject will be divided into two sections (A and B). The duration of the exam will be of 200 minutes i.e. 3.20 hours. The exam will be held from 2 pm to 5.20 pm. The exam will be conducted in a total of 13 languages. That is, it will be in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
JEE Main 2022 will be held from June 20 to 29
On the other hand, due to the conflict between the date of 12th board exam and JEE Main 2022, changes have been made in the engineering entrance exam. The first session of JEE Main, which was scheduled to be held from April 21 to May 4, will now be held from June 20 to 29. At the same time, instead of May, now the second session of JEE Main will be held in July.
