Onion- 1
Roasted gram flour – 3 tbsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida- 1 pinch
Green chillies- 1-2
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Mustard oil – 3 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Amchur powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make spicy groud curry recipe

To make spicy gourd curry, first wash the gourds, then peel them. Then put salt on the peel and pieces of bitter gourd and keep it for half an hour. After that add onion, green chillies and green coriander. Now heat mustard oil in a pan on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add the cumin and hing and fry for a few seconds. When cumin starts to splutter, add finely chopped onion and fry.

After a while, when the onion becomes soft and golden brown, mix it well with fried gram flour, coriander powder, red chilli, turmeric, garam masala. Next, add salted gourd masala and mix well with a pepper. After that add salt to taste, cover the vegetables and let them boil. Stir the vegetables with a fork in between. After a while mix the bitter gourd with amchur. Your delicious gourd curry is ready. Garnish with finely chopped green coriander and serve.
