Ingredients for Aloo Tikki
1 cup boiled potato peels
– cup boiled beans
1 teaspoon chaat masala
– 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon green coriander leaves
– One spoon of red chili powder
– Salt as per taste
– Oil for frying

How to make Aloo Tikki
To make Aloo Tikki,
first peel the potatoes and mash them well to make pithi.
Now mix well with all the ingredients in a bowl.
Now divide this whole potato masala into 6 parts and round it.
Press it with your hands and give it a small tikki shape.
Heat a non-stick tawa or tawa, heat ghee and cook the tikkis on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Now when it becomes crispy take out the hot tikki and serve with green chutney or chutney.
