Ingredients for Paneer Tikka recipe
500 grams of cheese
10 grams of ginger
Onion 100 grams
20 grams of green coriander
1 teaspoon chaat masala
100 grams of pomegranate seeds
1 teaspoon salt (as per taste)
5 fresh green chillies
100 ml fresh cream
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Easy way to make paneer tikka recipe
1. First cut 400 grams of cheese into cubes. Grate 100 grams of cheese with a grater. After that, chop onion, coriander and ginger. Grind the green chilies and make a mixture.
2. Mash some grated cheese and add finely chopped ginger, salt, fresh pomegranate seeds, green chillies and green coriander and mix. Mix this mixture with paneer pieces.
3. Now make a marinade with grated paneer, fresh cream, salt, chopped coriander and a pinch of garam masala. Now keep it in the fridge for a while.
4. After few minutes take it out and fry on low flame. Apply the marinated masala over the cheese cube mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes. This will set the spices in the paneer well.
5. Next take out a non-stick pan. Put butter on it and add cheese to the pan. Fry till brown. Turn off the gas when it becomes golden and crispy.
6. This is how your paneer tikka is ready. Add chopped onions and pomegranate seeds to it. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala and serve with chutney.
