Easy way to make Soyabean Chili

Soyabean Chili Recipe

Soyabean chilli is one such dish which is liked by all because no one likes spicy food. Soybean chili is full of postic chizon. Because in this we use a lot of vegetables. You can eat it with roti rice or you can eat it like this. You can make soybean chili in 15-20 minutes. You can make it gravy or dry.
So let’s see soya bean chili recipe in hindi soya bean chili recipe and what we need to make it.

Subject: –
Soybeans: 50 grams
Chopped Onion: 1
Green chilies: 4
Capsicum: 1/2 no.
Green Onion: 1/2
Carrots: 1
Oil :- 100 grams
Cumin: 1 tbsp
Eggs: 1
Ginger Garlic Pest: 2 Tbsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Corn Flour: 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp
Green chili chutney: 3 tbsp
Vinegar: 2 tbsp
recipe: –
First put a little salt in the water, put soybeans, boil for 2 minutes and let it cool down.
2. Now chop the onion, capsicum, green onion and green chili.

3. Now squeeze the soybean out of the water.

4. Then add egg, soy sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, cornflour and a pinch of salt and mix well.

5. Then fry it well in oil.

6. Then put the pan on the gas and put oil and cumin seeds in it, then add onions and carrots and fry for some time.

7. Then add capsicum and little salt and fry for some time.

8. Then add soy sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar.

9. Then roast the soybean and add a little salt to it and mix it well.

10. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

11. Now put coriander in it and turn off the gas.

Then transfer it in a serving bowl and our soybean chili is ready.

Suggestion: –
Put soybean in hot water and swell.
If you mix eggs in soybean, then soybean does not absorb much oil while peeling and the taste is also good.
The oil should be hot while filtering the soybean and the flame should be medium.
You can also add vegetables of your choice if you want.
