Easy way to make Chana Masala Recipe
Here I have made chana masala without gravy, if you want you can make it with gravy too. So let’s see how this chana masala is made and what ingredients are needed to make it….
Chana masala ingredients
Chickpeas (grams) – 100 grams
Oil – 3 tbsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – 5-6
Green chillies – 3
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Coconut powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons
How to make chana masala recipe
First put oil and cumin in a pan on gas.
Then add curry leaves and then add onions and green chillies and fry for a while.
Then fry with ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder and little salt for few minutes.
Then add chickpeas and fry.
Now pour some water in it.
Then cover with coconut powder and garam masala and cook for 5 minutes.
Then turn off the gas with lemon juice and coconut powder.
And your chick’s usal is ready, if you want you can add some curd to it, now you can eat it whole or with hot bread.
