CNG price hike: CNG price by Rs 5 in two days, know what is the rate in your city

Oil and gas prices in the country are constantly rising. Meanwhile, the price of CNG has also increased once again. With an increase of Rs 2.50, the price of CNG in Delhi now stands at Rs 69.11. Earlier on April 6 and April 4, the price of CNG in Delhi-NCR was increased by Rs 2.50 per kg. After today’s price hike, CNG prices have increased by Rs 7.5 in the last four days. The price of CNG has increased by Rs 5 per kg in 48 hours.

Karnal and Kaithal – 77.77 ₹/kg
Kanpur, Hamirpur and Fatehpur – 80.90 ₹/kg
Ajmer, Pali and Rajsamand – 79.38 ₹/kg

Petrol and diesel prices did not increase today
There has been some reduction in the rising prices of petrol and diesel today. Since the prices of petrol and diesel did not increase today, the prices remained unchanged in all cities including Delhi. Petrol is being sold in the national capital today at Rs 105.41 per liter. Petrol in Mumbai is being sold at Rs 120.51 per liter and diesel at Rs 104.77 per liter.

Government doubles the price of LNG
The government last week doubled the price of liquefied natural gas (LNG) under pressure from the global market. This is the reason why the prices of CNG, PNG and LPG cylinders are increasing rapidly. On Thursday, the price of LNG rose from $2.9 per British thermal unit to $6.10. Since then, CNG prices have quadrupled.
