Meta-owned WhatsApp is now automatically turning off the ‘media visibility’ option to make chats disappear on WhatsApp for Android, with a new update that automatically downloads photos or videos to the gallery or camera roll. Saves after. not going to happen. This feature will be for invisible messages. For example, now if someone sends you a message or a photo-video with the disappearing feature, you have to save it yourself, only then the media file will appear in the gallery.

According to WABetainfo, ‘WhatsApp is automatically turning off the media visibility option to make the chat invisible, after which the images will not be visible in the receiver’s phone gallery. Doing so will make using invisible messaging more secure and private.

The report says that on some versions of Android, some users already have the option to save media manually. WhatsApp is making this change for iOS as well. Under this, the option of Save to Camera Roll will not be visible to miss the chats in the iPhone.

WhatsApp has released the drawing tools (new pencil and blur tools) in a new update. Blur Tour has already arrived for iOS users. Now it has come to Android as well. If you have the newer version installed from the Play Store, you can use the Drawing Tool.
