Ben Affleck, renowned for his portrayal of Batman, especially in the SnyderVerse under Zack Snyder’s direction, was unable to bring his solo Batman film to fruition despite his significant involvement.

While there was some resistance and criticism, it comes with the territory. Now, his penultimate appearance as Batfleck is expected in The Flash. At the premiere, Affleck reflected on his time as Batman, touching the hearts of fans.

Affleck first donned the cape in 2016 for Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and subsequently appeared in ensemble projects like Justice League, which garnered significant attention.

Throughout this period, he was actively involved in shaping his own standalone Batman film, intending to write, act, and direct. However, plans changed, and the project was eventually passed on to Robert Pattinson and Matt Reeves.

As it turns out, like anyone else, Ben Affleck feels that his time as Batman was cut short and believes he deserved a longer tenure in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU).

During The Flash premiere, Affleck, accompanied by his wife Jennifer Lopez, expressed his enthusiasm for his brief appearance in the film. He also lamented that his run as Bruce Wayne concluded prematurely, stirring strong emotions among his fans.

In the viral video, Ben Affleck discusses The Flash and expresses the joy he experienced while working on his small role in the movie. This will mark his second-to-last portrayal as Batman before his final appearance in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. Fans have been reacting passionately to his heartfelt comments.

Meanwhile, The Flash features Ezra Miller alongside Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton, both portraying their respective versions of Batman. The film also stars Sasha Calle, Gal Gadot, and others.
